DAMAGES & ISSUES

At Wildling Naturals we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item(s) are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will have 72 hours from arrival of your package to report any damage to your purchase. Please email claims to info@wildlingnaturals.com with your full name, address, what you purchased, what the issue is and a photo of the damage. 

RETURNS

If you would like to make a return, please email us at info@wildlingnaturals.com and include your name, address, order number and reason for return. We do not offer complimentary return shipping at this time. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Packages must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  If your return is accepted, we will send you details where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  You can always contact us for any return question at Info@wildlingnaturals.com. 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
